At Auditivo Hearing Services Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality hearing aids, audiological equipment, and related services. We value customer satisfaction and maintain transparency in our refund and return process.

1. General Policy

Due to the specialized and medical nature of our products, refunds and returns are governed by the conditions outlined below.


2. Hearing Aids (Custom / Programmed Devices)

  • Hearing aids are medical devices customized and programmed as per individual patient requirements.
  • Once programmed and delivered, hearing aids are non-refundable.
  • Trial period (if applicable) will be governed by the terms mentioned in the invoice or order confirmation.
  • In case of manufacturing defects, the product will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

3. Audiological Equipment

  • Returns will only be accepted in case of:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Transit damage (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Equipment must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and invoice copy.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed after inspection and confirmation by our technical team.
  • If the product has been installed or used, refund requests will not be entertained.

4. Advance Payments

  • Advance payments made against confirmed orders are generally non-refundable, as products are often imported or procured specifically against the order.
  • In exceptional cases, refund of advance (if approved by management) may be subject to:
    • Cancellation charges
    • Bank charges
    • Administrative costs

5. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
  • Orders for imported, custom-built, or specially procured products cannot be cancelled once processed.
  • If cancellation is accepted before dispatch, administrative charges may apply.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
  • Bank processing timelines may vary.

7. Warranty Claims

  • All products are covered under manufacturer’s warranty as per the respective brand’s terms.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:
    • Physical damage
    • Water damage
    • Improper handling
    • Electrical fluctuations

8. Force Majeure

Auditivo Hearing Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays or inability to process refunds due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government regulations, import restrictions, or banking delays.
